During the forum, Shing Shing Long’s Business Manager, Brenny, shared the company's commitment to providing a one-stop procurement platform aimed at saving customers time, offering convenience, and creating a new procurement experience. Business Manager Brenny emphasized that this not only provides convenience for customers but also opens up opportunities for exhibitors to develop new and innovative formats for trade shows through the platform’s integration and co-creation mechanism. This, in turn, helps target the right audience and increases customer trust during the development process by utilizing a referral system, reducing the learning curve.

However, Brenny also pointed out that while Shing Shing Long has abundant consultant resources and offers various strategic and institutional reform suggestions, these were mostly at a theoretical level. It wasn't until the company engaged with Coach Xie Chun-Hui, Chairman of China Terminal, that they truly experienced a transformational breakthrough from within. The operational guidance provided by Chairman Xie allowed Shing Shing Long to implement transformation strategies in real practice, leading to significant improvements.

The forum not only showcased Shing Shing Long’s forward-thinking approach to business operations but also highlighted how Taiwanese companies, in the face of transformation, are finding new opportunities for growth by leveraging external resources and innovative models. As challenges become increasingly diverse, effectively integrating internal and external resources will be the key to future success.
