Quality Control

Before manufacturing the drive shafts begins, we will check the dimensions based on the customer's specification requirements, write the machining software program according to the blueprint provided by the customer, and complete the PPAP file before mass production. Once mass production starts, the inspection personnel will stop the machine if an abnormality in the size is spotted during the processing process. The production will continue only after the quality inspection personnel clears the abnormality. Before the delivery, we will also inspect the part size and provide a comprehensive inspection report to the customer so that customers can use our parts for smooth assembly after receiving the product. Because of our detailed and prudent quality control process, Shing Shing Long's drive shaft products have been recognized by customers.

In the design process of drive shafts, we strongly emphasize the quality inspection of prototype products. This procedure ensures that, after mass production, the final products meet customer requirements and achieve Shing Shing Long's high-quality standards. Key steps in our prototype quality inspection procedure include visual inspection, dimension inspection, hardness testing, material testing, dynamic fatigue testing, destructive testing, temperature testing, and environmental testing.
